鸡腿蘑优良新品种CC007的选育研究

摘    要:以CC001、CC002、CC003、CC004、CC005、CC006为亲本进行单孢杂交,纯拮抗试验和品比试验结果表明,其中6个杂交新菌株产量明显高于亲本,以CC007产量最高,生物学效率达107.7%,杂交优势为64.7g/袋,为优良的鸡腿蘑新品种。

Abstract:In this article,six Coprinus comatus strains which are CC001,CC002,CC003,CC004, CC005 and CC006 are used to crossbreed each other by single spore separate crossbreeding method. By means of antagonism experiment,and the mushroom forming experiment,the results of experiments showed that yield of six new crossbreeding strains are obviously higher than their parent s and strain CC007 of which yield was the highest and its biological efficiency was 107.7% and its cross-breeding of yield was 64.7g,CC007 is a variety development by selection.
