水稻品种对水稻细菌性条斑病抗性鉴定和抗性机制的研究

摘    要:在室内选用致病力强的水稻细菌性条斑病菌株S_2对550个水稻品种进行了三次苗期的抗性鉴定,供试品种对细菌性条斑病的抗性存在明显的差异。抗性机制初步研究结果,发现供试抗病品种健叶内过氧化物酶活性、酚类化合物和可溶性糖含量均高于感病品种,而感病品种的游离氨基酸含量却高于抗病品种:接种后3天和6天测定抗病品种的酚类化合物和可溶性糖含量下降,感病品种却有所上升;无论抗、感病品种其过氧化物酶活性均上升;感病品种的游离氨基酸下降,而抗病品种到后期才稍有下降。高抗品种杜勒的气孔孔隙比其它所有供试品种都小,但各品种的叶片气孔密度与抗性无明显关系。

Abstract:In 1985, 4-5-lear-stage-seedlings of 550 rice varieties were inculated with isolate S_2 of Xanthomonas camtestris PV. oryzicola by spraying in greenhouse. The result indicated that there was an obvious difference in variety resistance to bacterial leaf streak disease. Most of the varieties were susceptible. Also found were 1 highly resistant variety, 30 resistant varieties and 72 medium resistant varieties. Glutinous rice varieties were more susceptible than japonica and indica varieties. But the difference between japonica and indica varieties was not evident.1 highly resistant variety, Dular, 6 resistant varieties and 4 susceptible varieties were selected for resistance mechanism study. Biochemical analysis showed that the content of sugar, phenols and peroxidase activity of the resistant varieties were higher than those of the susceptible ones.The leaves of the susceptible varieties contained more soluble amino acids than those of the resistant varieties, After inoculation, the content of sugar and phenols declined in resistant varieties but increased in susceptible variecties.Peroxidase activity of the inoculated leaves was higher than that of the healthy leaves. The free amino acids content of the susceptible varieties inoculated decreased. As for the resistant varieties, only a slight decrease was observed at the late stage after inoculation. The stoma hole of Dular was the smallest among all the varieties tested. But no distinct relationship between the number of stoma and variety resistance was found.
