| 摘 要： | 猪繁殖与呼吸综合征(PRRS)是由猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)引起的一种传染病,该病主要引起妊娠母猪流产、死胎、木乃伊胎、弱仔等繁殖障碍和仔猪呼吸道疾病,导致高死亡率,生长发育受阻,给世界养猪业造成了巨大的经济损失.PRRSV基因组存在高度变异性,美洲型和欧洲型的核苷酸序列差异较大,不同的ORF序列同源性存在不同程度的差异.论文就PRRSV基因组的遗传变异进行分析,对研究PRRS的致病机制、免疫机理及制定相应的防控措施有一定的指导意义.
