| 摘 要： | 齿轮零件的薄壁和不均厚是行业加工及热处理的两大技术难点。通过对我公司某一种薄壁异形大齿轮的3轮试制工艺流程分析研究,找到了一种适合于该类薄壁异形大齿轮的加工工艺流程和加工方法。研究结果表明该方法具有很好的工艺性和经济性。

| Abstract: | Thin wall and asymmetry thickness of a gear structure are the two technology difficulties in machining and heat treatment process in gear industry.The paper aimed at the three trial process analyses for the thin-walled gear owned by our company,and then found a typical technology process flow and machining method suited to this gear.The results certify the good technique and economy of this method. |
