黔产栽培小花吴茱萸药材的质量研究

摘    要:通过对贵州栽培小花吴茱萸药材中有效成分吴茱萸碱、吴茱萸次碱的含量测定研究,为贵州小花吴茱萸的质量评价及GAP标准化种植提供理论依据.采用高效液相色谱法测定栽培小花吴茱萸中活性成分吴茱萸碱、吴茱萸次碱的含量.黔产栽培小花吴茱萸的内在质量达到了<中国药典>中昊茱萸药材规定的标准.黔产栽培小花吴茱萸可作为商品来源替代野生小花吴茱萸.

Abstract:Objective] Study the content of evodiamine and rutaecarpine determined by HPLC to provide a theoretical basis for quality evaluation of rutaecarpa and establish the GAP standardization. Method] Determine the content of evodiamine,rutaecarpine by HPLC which were the active ingredient in the cultivation of rutaecarpa. Results] There was no significant inner quality difference between cultivated rutaecarpa in Cuizhou and that of the standard medicine rutaecarpa contained in "Chinese Pharmacopoeia". Conclusion] Cultivated rutaecarpa could be used as merchandise sources for substitution of wild rutaecarpa.
