摘    要:在光学显微镜下,研究不同浓度的葡萄糖、NaCl和KCl对蛇鮈精子活力的影响,为蛇鮈精子保存液和人工授精时精卵结合液的组成提供科学依据,为蛇鮈的人工繁育奠定基础.结果表明,葡萄糖溶液浓度为125mmol·L-1时,精子快速运动时间最长,为37.87±0.99 s,精子寿命亦最长,为186.78±32.65 s;NaCl浓度为68 mmol·L1时,精子快速运动时间最长,为49.25±3.25 s,NaCl浓度为51 mmol·L1时,精子的寿命最长为153.41±30.84 s;KCl溶液的最适浓度为125 mmol·L-1,精子的快速运动时间为36.49±4.18 s,而KC1溶液的浓度为75 mmol·L1时精子的寿命最长为664.03±155.09 s.

Abstract:In this paper, the effects of different concentrations of glucose, NaCl and KCl on the sperm motility of Saurogobio dabryi were studied under light microscope to supply scientific evidence for the composition of sperm preservation solution and fertilization solution for sperm and eggs, and to set a foundation for the artificial propagation of Saurogobio dabryi. The results showed that when the concentration of glucose was 125 mmol/L, the sperm had the longest fast moving time as 37.87 ± 0.99 s, and the longest sperm lifetime as 186.78 ± 32.65 s; when the concentration of NaCl was 68 mmol·L-1, the sperm had the longest fast moving time as 49.25±3.25 s; when the concentration of NaCl was 51 mmol·L-1, the sperm had the longest sperm lifetime as 153.41±30.84 s; when the concentration of KCl was 125 mmol·L-1, the sperm had the longest fast moving time, as 36.49±4.18 s; when the concentration of KCl was 75 mmol·L-1, the sperm had the longest sperm lifetime as 664.03±155.09 s.
