| 摘 要： | 山东省1966年"南茶北引"成功以来,1969-1983年为计划经济时期,当时商业部门按照国家绿茶标准样购销山东地产茶;1984年以后,实施家庭联产承包责任制,同时受全国名茶热的影响和受经济利益的驱动,地产名优茶由手工操作逐渐过渡到半机械半手工进行加工。但是由于茶叶分季节销售,产品质量很难统一,不利于山东茶叶可持续发展。因此提出了山东地产茶拼配技术探讨。

| Abstract: | In shandong province in 1966 "south tea north lead" since the successful, 1969 -1983 years in planned economy period, when commercial department according to the national green tea standard sample buying and selling real estate in shandong tea; 1984 years later, the implementation of the household contract responsibility system, at the same time, influenced by the national tea hot effect and the economic benefit drive, real estate famous tea by manual operation gradually transition to half mechanical half manual processing. But because of tea points season sales, product quality is united very hard, is not conducive to the sustainable development of shandong tea. This article puts forward the shandong real estate tea blend technology to explore. |
