烤烟烟叶质量综合评价方法研究

摘    要:为了综合评价烤烟烟叶的整体质量状况,通过运用AMMI数学模型对烟叶质量主要指标进行分析评价,将烟叶质量外观、化学成分、感官评吸3项指标作为整体质量体现的3个方面,进行统计分析.结果表明,该模型用于烟叶质量评价效果较好,在统计分析上能够区分出不同区域、不同品种烟叶质量差异,同时与烟叶质量的外观、感官指标对烟叶质量能有较好的契合.结论表明使用此种方法来评价烟叶质量,有一定的实用性,对烟叶质量也有一定的区分能力.

Abstract:In this paper AMMI model was used to evaluate the quality of the flue-cured tobacco by taking the leaf appearance quality, the chemical components and the sensor quality as indexes. The results show that the difference of area is significant, and the differences of gene types present the same result. The quality of tobacco leaf, including the appearance quality, the chemical components and the sensor quality, could be differentiated obviously through the AMMI model, and this result could be explained by the experience. So this mathematics model should be an practical method for evaluation of the tobacco leaf quality.
