| 摘 要： | 选取300日龄罗曼蛋鸡768羽，随机分为2组（每组设4个重复，每个重复96羽），在自由采食，饮水和16h光照条件下，分别饲喂添加0，50mg/kg碘化酪蛋白的玉米－豆粕型饲粮13周。结果表明，碘化酪蛋白使日均产蛋率和日采食食量分别提高了8．465（P＜0．01）和7．94％（P＜0．05）；蛋壳相对重和蛋壳厚度分别增加了5．89％（P＜0．05）和8．33％（P＜0．05）；血清超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）、碱性磷酸酶（AKP）活性和尿酸（UA）、钙含量分别提高了27．39％（P＞0．05）；血清三碘甲状腺原氨酸（T3）、甲状腺素（T4）、促卵泡生成素（FSH）、雌二醇（E2）和甲状旁腺素（PTH）水平分别提高了29．37％（P＜0．01），56．25％（P＜0．01），38．59％（P＜0．05），22．32％（P＜0．05）和20．67％（P＜0．05），而促黄体生成素（LH）和孕酮（P）水平均无明显改变；在脑、腺垂体中环腺苷酸（cAMP)含量分别提高了17．59％（P＜0．05）和18．52％（P＜0．05）。上述结果提示：碘化酪蛋白能促进T3，T4和FSH分泌，加强蛋白质和钙的代谢，从而提高了产蛋率，改善蛋壳质量。

| Abstract: | Seven hundred and sixty-eight ROM laying hens of about 300 days of age were randomly distributed into 2 groups each with 4 replicates of 96 layers.The layers were given a basal corn-soybean meal diet alone or with 50 mg/kg thyroprotein for a period of 13 weeks.Feed and water were provided for adlibitum consumption and the birds received 16 h light/day.The results showed that thyroprotein supplementation significantly increased daily mean laying rate and feed intake by 8.46%(P＜0.01) and 7.94%(P＜0.05) as compared with the control,respectively.Relative eggshell weight and eggshell thickness were improved by 5.89%(P＜0.05) and 8.33%(P＜0.05),respectively.Serum activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and alkaline phosphatase (AKP) and concentrations of uric acid (UA) and calcium were increased by 27.39%(P＜0.05),61.77%(P＜0.01),9.25%(P＜0.05) and 9.15%(P＞0.05),respectively,and serum level of phosphorus was decreased by 12.39% (P＜0.05).Serum levels of triiodothyronine (T3),thyroxine (T4),follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH),estradiol(E2) and parathormone (PTH) were increased by 29.37%(P＜0.01),56.25%(P＜0.01),38.59%(P＜0.05),22.32%(P＜0.05) and 20.67%(P＜0.05),respectively,but levels of luteinizing hormone (LH) and progesterone (P) in serum were unaffected.Concentrations of cyclic adenosine 3,5-monophosphate (cAMP) in hypothalamus and anterior pituitary were increased by 17.59% (P＜0.05) and 18.52%(P＜0.05),respectively.These results suggested that thyroprotein could increase laying rate and eggshell quality by promoting seretion of T3,T4 and FSH,and improving metabolism of protein and calsium |
