| 摘 要： | 应用原子吸收方法测定不同年限、不同位置发酵床垫料中砷残留。结果表明:1年、2年、3年发酵床垫料中砷残留最大值分别是2.148、5.014、8.3353mg/kg;随着年限的增加,发酵床粪便区砷残留出现明显富集。

| Abstract: | The atomic absorption spectrometry(AAS) method has been developed for arsenic content determination in padding of pig on litter system from different years and locations. The results showed that the maximum arsenic residues were 2.148 mg/kg in the first year, 5.014 mg/kg in the second year and 8.3353 mg/kg in the third year.The arsenic residues in fecal zone enriched after three years. |
