方山县肉牛全产业链体系研究

摘    要:坚持习近平总书记考察山西的重要指示精神,贯彻山西省畜牧业发展的“五五战略”,方山县初步构建了肉牛全产业链发展体系。本文基于山西统计年鉴,吕梁市统计年鉴和方山县实地调研整理所得资料,运用熵权TOPSIS模型和耦合协调度模型对方山县现有肉牛全产业链体系进行评价。结果表明:在熵权TOPSIS评价结果中,2022年方山县肉牛全产业链体系发展最好,2019年和2020年C值略低于2018年。在综合得分指数结果中,方山县肉牛全产业链体系中,上游环节指数较高,中下游环节指数较低。在耦合协调度评价中,2021年方山县肉牛全产业链耦合协调D值为0.531,为勉强协调,2022年和2020年耦合协调程度为濒临失调。并对方山县肉牛全产业链提出了标准化养殖场建设,肉牛全产业链体系持续健康有序发展等三点建议。

Abstract:To implement the "Five Five Year Plan" for the development of animal husbandry in Shanxi Province, Fangshan County has initially constructed a development system for the entire beef cattle industry chain. Based on the data collected from the Shanxi Statistical Yearbook, the Luliang Statistical Yearbook, and the field survey in Fangshan County, this paper uses the entropy weight TOPSIS model and the coupling coordination degree model to evaluate the existing beef cattle entire industry chain system in Fangshan County. The results showed that in the entropy weight TOPSIS evaluation results, the development of the whole beef cattle industry chain system in Fangshan County was the best in 2022, with the C value slightly lower in 2019 and 2020 than in 2018. In the comprehensive score index results, the index of the upstream links in the whole industry chain system of beef cattle in Fangshan County is higher, while the index of the downstream links is lower. In the evaluation of coupling coordination degree, the D value of coupling coordination of the whole beef cattle industry chain in Fangshan County in 2021 was 0.531, which was barely coordinated. In 2022 and 2020, the coupling coordination degree was on the verge of imbalance. The analysis results show that there are problems in the development of beef cattle industry in Fangshan County, such as blind expansion of breeding scale and low coordination of the entire industrial chain coupling. Three suggestions were put forward for the construction of standardized farms and the sustained, healthy and orderly development of the entire beef cattle industry chain system.
