摘    要:为了研究枸杞生产加工废弃物对家畜的饲用价值,对枸杞叶、枸杞枝和不同来源的枸杞渣进行营养成分的分析,选择3只装有永久性瘤胃瘘管的山羊,采用尼龙袋法测定其主要营养成分的瘤胃降解率。试验结果表明:枸杞渣具有较高的粗蛋白和粗脂肪含量,枸杞叶具有较高的无氮浸出物;枸杞渣和枸杞叶的瘤胃降解速度较快,易于消化,饲用价值高,尤其是枸杞叶干物质36h瘤胃降解率达到了86.32%。枸杞枝粗纤维含量较高,瘤胃降解速度缓慢,干物质降解率相对低,但仍具有一定的饲用价值。

Abstract:In order to study the feeding value of the Chinese wolfberry wastage,the nutrition ingredient of the Chinese wolfberry leaves,the branches and the fruit dregs was analyzed. Three healthy goats fitted with the permanent cannula in the rumen were used to determine the rate of rumen degradation of nutrition ingredients by the nylon bag technique. The results show that the Chinese wolfberry fruit dregs have more CP and EE while the leaves have more NFE,so they have the feature of being digested easily. The degradation of the branches is slow. And the rate of degradation of DM is lower than others. However,they still have certain feeding value.
