摘    要:利用根癌农杆菌(Agrobacterium tumefaciens)EHA101携带LycB基因(番茄红素β-环化酶)和潮霉素抗性基因,以东农704、708、709三个番茄品种的子叶、茎段为转化受体对番茄进行遗传转化,经PCR分子检测初步证明,目的基因LyeB已整合进番茄基因组中.

Abstract:Mediated by Agrobacterium turnefaciens EHA101 with Target LycB gene and resistant gene to Hygromycin, tomato species including Dongnong 704, 708, 709 being used as material and their cotyledons, petiol segments as acceptor, the genetic transformation of tomato was studied. It was prilminarily proved by the PCR examination that target LycB gene was integrated into the genome of tomato.
