| 摘 要： | 以PCR方法,从疑似断奶猪多系统衰竭综合征(PMWS)自然病例的淋巴结和脾脏中扩增出预期长度的猪圆环病毒2型(PCV 2)的DNA片段,测序PCR产物,并对部分序列进行了同源性分析。结果显示,扩增产物与标准毒株的序列同源性均在98%左右,说明扩增产物具有良好的特异性,由此表明分离出的病毒为猪圆环病毒2型。对沪、苏、鲁、浙等地5个猪场进行检测,证实了猪圆环病毒2型的存在。

| Abstract: | The expected PCV 2 DNA fragments were amplified by PCR method from the lymph node and spleen tissues derived from suspicious pigs naturally affected with postweaning multisystemic wasting syndrome(PMWS) and the PCR products were sequenced.The sequence analysis showed that the homology was about 98% between the PCR products and standard PCV 2 strains,which indicated that the amplification products had a good specificity and the isolated virus was PCV 2.The detection of five pig farms in Shanghai,Jiangsu,Shandong and Zhejiang provinces confirmed the existence of PCV 2. |
