| 摘 要： | 为探讨中草药免疫增强剂的作用机理,进行了鸡免疫器官的生长发育及血液中T淋巴细胞的动态观察。在鸡饮水中按终浓度1%和0.5%加入中草药免疫增强剂“疫佳灵”。结果显示,“疫佳灵”对雏鸡胸腺、脾脏和法氏囊等免疫器官的重量和指数明显增高;酯酶染(色ANAE)法检测了各组鸡的T-淋巴细胞数量,试验组T-淋巴细胞百分率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且1.0%组T-淋巴细胞百分率显著高于0.5%组(P<0.05)。结果表明,该免疫增强剂对鸡免疫器官的重量和指数及血液内T-淋巴细胞数量有显著的提高作用,且1.0%浓度优于0.5%浓度。 |

| Abstract: | In order to discuse principle.With drinked immunopotentintor traditional Chinese medicine of 1% and 0.5% densitiy.Then observed the growth and exponent of immune organs and the quantity of T lymphocyte changing inside the blood.The result was shown,immunopotentintor traditional Chinese medicine groups the weight and exponent of immune organs such as Spleen,Bursal,Thymus obviously higher than control group.The number of T lymphocyte was observed with ANAE test,The results shown that the quantity of T lymphocyte in group 1% and 0.5% significantly higer than these of control group(P <0.05),and 1% group significantly higer than 0.5% group.This explains the chinese herbal synergist has obviously function to promote the weight and exponent of immune organs and the number of T lymphocyte inside the blood.1% density is better than 0.5% density. |
