摘    要:以直链淀粉含量(AC)中等的CT9993和泰国优质的香软米KDML105杂交产生的152个重组近交系 (RIL)为材料, 构建了含83个RFLP、 69个AFLP和15个微卫星(SSLP)标记的分子标记连锁图 , 标记间平均距离为12.98 cM。 应用该连锁图对控制稻米AC的基因座位(QTL)进行了分析 。 结果表明: 稻米AC主要受两个主效QTL和5个微效QTL的共同控制

Abstract:A population of 152 recombinant inbred lines (RILs) derived from a cross between CT9993, a japonica rice with intermediate amylose content (AC), and Khoa Dawk M ali105( KDML 105 ), the famous indica quality rice with low AC, was used for m apping quantitative trait loci (QTLs) underlying AC with molecular markers. The linkage map was constructed from 83 RFLP, 69 AFLP and 15 SSLP markers, with an a verage distance of 12.98 cM between markers. Based on the map, QTLs conferring A C were analyzed. The result showed that AC is mainly controlled by two major QTL s located on chromosome 3 and 6 as well as five minor QTLs, the major QTLs were detected with LOD scores more than 8.0, and one on chromosome 3 is linked with R FLP marker R2170 and another on chromosome 6 is linked to R1962 that is closed t o wx locus. According to the analysis of variation of AC for RILs, there is no interaction between the two major loci. The key points for mapping QTLs in th e biased population are discussed.
