摘    要:以扁穗牛鞭草茎段为外植体,进行组织培养体系研究,结果表明:初代培养最佳配方为MS+6-BA1.0mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L,芽诱导率可达100%;继代增殖最佳增殖配方为MS+6-BA1.5mg/L+NAA0.2mg/L,增殖系数为5.4;生根阶段以1/2MS+IBA0.2mg/L为最佳的生根培养基配方,生根效果最好,生根率最高;初代培养生根苗与增殖后生根培养苗移栽成活率都在97%以上。

Abstract:The stems were used as explants to establish the system of tissue culture for Hemarthria compressa.The result showed that: MS 6-BA1.0mg/L NAA0.1mg/L gave rise to the best result in inducing adventitious buds from explants,in which the inducement rate could be 100%,and MS 6-BA1.5mg/L 0.2mg/L NAA was favorable to the proliferation of buds,in which the multiplication rate could be 5.44.The rooting rate could be 100% on 1/2MS IBA 0.2mg/L.Both survival rates of adventitious buds and proliferation buds were higher than 97%.
