摘    要:目的]对乌鲁木齐市某水源地水环境进行健康风险评价.方法]环境健康风险评价是环境科学的一个新兴研究领域,在简要介绍水环境健康风险评价基本方法的基础上,根据乌鲁木齐市某水源地水质监测资料进行了健康风险评价.结果]化学致癌物质由饮水途径所致健康危害的个人年风险由大到小的顺序为Cr6+>As> Cd,Cr6+所致的健康危害的风险度超过国际辐射防护委员会(ICRP)推荐的最大可接受值(5.0×10-5/a),该水源地的优先控制污染物是Cr6+.非致癌物质由饮水途径所致健康危害的个人年风险以氟化物为最大,Pb次之,个人年风险水平为10-11/a~10-8/a.结论]化学致癌物质对人体健康危害的个人年风险远远超过非致癌物质对人体健康危害的个人年风险,应作为风险决策管理的重点对象.

Abstract:Objective]To assess the quality of water supply sources in Urumqi City by using a model of water environmental health risk.Method ]Assessment of environmental health risk is a new study field of environmental sciences.A model for assessment of water environmental health risk was extablished which was applied to assess the quality of water supply sources in Urumqi City.Result]The sequence of annual health risk of individual person caused by chamical carcimgens from drinking water was as follows:Cr6+>As> Cd,the health risk caused by Cr6+ was higher than the value recommended by ICRP(5.0×10-5/a),Cr6+ was the highest priority pollutant in the water supply sources.Maximal annual health risk for individual person due to non-carcinogens from drinking water comes from F,and the next is Pb,the risk levels ranged from 10-11to 10-8.Conclusion]The health risk for individual person caused by chemical carcinogens is greater than non-carcinogens,so chemical carcinogens must be paid much attention to in the risk decision-making management.
