| 摘 要： | 从马克思主义人学思想中人文关怀这一基本维度出发，将人文关怀理念融入到班级贫困生资助工作中，探讨如何在新的资助体系下建立以充分尊重、理解、丰富、发展和促进贫困生全面发展为出发点，尊重贫困生的主体地位和个性追求，培养他们的自主意识和主观能动性，并促进这一特殊群体的健康成长和全面发展的新方法和新模式。

| Abstract: | From the fundamental perspective of humanistic concern of Marxism, this essay infuses humanistic care into assistance work for impoverished students, exploring howto establish a brand- newsysterm under which the impoverished students can not only be totally respected, understood, developed and promoted in all- round ways, but also their subject position and personality be considered for cultivating self- awareness and initiative, so as to finally help this special group growhealthily. |
