嫁接技术在防治茄子黄萎病上的应用

摘    要:通过 1998~ 1999年的嫁接试验 ,明确了对茄子黄萎病具有高抗或免疫的砧木品种crp及托鲁巴姆与不同接穗均具有良好的亲合性 ,嫁接成活率达 90 .0 %~ 93.5% ;其嫁接苗在茄子重茬菜地均表现出很高的抗病性 ,防病效果与自根苗综合防治比为 90 .6 %~ 10 0 % ,与不防治的比为 95.4 %~ 10 0 %。嫁接换根技术是防治重茬菜地茄子黄萎病的重要技术措施。

Abstract:The results of grafting experiment during 1998~1999 indicated that stock Crp and Tolupam were highly disease resistance and immunity to vertilillium wilt of eggplant. They had good affinity with different scions. The survival rate reached 90.0%~93.5%. Their grafting seedlings showed very high disease resistance in the second eggplant stubble fields. The controlling effects of grafting seedlings were 90.6%~100%higher than integrated controlled original seedlings, and 95.4%~100% higher than non-treated original seedlings. The technology of grafting and changing roots was important in protecting and controlling eggplants' vertilillium wilt in second stubble fields.
