| Abstract: | By means of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, peroxidase isoenzymes of 6 species of the genus Desmodium Desv. have been analysed. The result shows that the interspecific zymogramatic similarity of D. oxyphyllum, D. fallax and D. podocarpum is obvious. This is the same as morphology and supports the view on morphology that the new genus of Podocarpium is independent from the genus Desmodium. |
