| 摘 要： | 对广西农科院2000年以来，特别是“十一五”期间的科研立项进行分析和总结，认为广西农科院科研立项取得重大突破的主要经验是：在项目策划时，以服务“三农”为宗旨，尊重农业科技自身的发展规律，既注意发挥自身的优势，又体现政府的意志；在项目实施过程中，既完成好合同规定的任务指标，又不断创新，紧跟科技发展前沿。文章指出，整合资源、加强联合、造就高水平的科研团队、开拓新的研究领域，是今后科研立项的努力方向。
