新型复合含氧添加剂降低柴油机炭烟排放的试验研究

摘    要:分析了自行研制的新型清洁燃料复合含氧添加剂(代号记为FHYJ)的理化特性,并在车用BJ493Q柴油机上,进行了台架性能试验研究,重点分析了FHYJ掺烧比例为3%,6%,9%和12%的FHYJ-柴油混合燃料对柴油机炭烟排放和动力性能的影响。结果表明,在柴油机不作任何改动的前提下,掺烧FHYJ型清洁燃料复合含氧添加剂,柴油机炭烟的排放显著降低,尤其在发动机中、高负荷时改善更为明显,炭烟排放最大降低可达89.3%左右,动力性基本保持不变。

Abstract:The physical and chemical characteristic of a new clean fuel composite oxygenate additive,which has been confected by ourselves and its code name is FHYJ,have been introduced briefly,and smoke emission and performance of power have been researched on BJ493Q diesel engine used different kinds of diesel oil/additive blend fuel,in which the proportion of FHYJ is 3%,6%,9% and 12% respectively.On the condition of not changing any frame of the diesel engine,the experimental results show that the former decreases obviously,especially at middle and high load,and the maximal decrease extent is about 89.3%,while the latter decreases only 4% approximately.
