姬松茸深层发酵生产菌丝体和胞外多糖的初步研究

摘    要:目的]研究姬松茸的深层发酵技术,筛选了适宜姬松茸液体深层培养的碳源和氮源培养基。方法]对姬松茸的液体深层培养基进行了研究,筛选出适宜姬松茸发酵的最适碳源和氮源,并研究了不同浓度的最佳碳源和氮源对姬松茸菌丝体和胞外多糖的影响。结果]姬松茸菌株生长和胞外多糖生产的最佳碳源为葡萄糖,最适浓度为30 g/L;最佳氮源为蛋白胨和酵母膏的组合,最适的组合浓度为7 g/L蛋白胨+7 g/L酵母膏。在此条件下,姬松茸菌体干重和胞外多糖产量均达到最大值,分别为8.7 g/L和281 mg/L。结论]该研究为姬松茸的进一步规模化培养提供了参考。

Abstract:Objective]The aim of the research was to study the submerged fermentation technique and screen out the medium with optimum carbon and nitrogen sources for submerged fermentation of Agaricus blazei Murill.Method]Liquid submerged medium of A.blazei were studied,the optimum carbon and nitrogen sources for the fermentation of A.blazei were screened out and the effects of the optimum carbon and nitrogen sources with different concentrations on the mycelium and extracellular polysaccharide of A.blazei were studied.Result]The optimum carbon source for the growth of strain and the production of extracellular polysaccharide of A.blazei was glucose and its optimum concentration was 30 g/L.The optimum nitrogen source was a combination of peptone and yeast extract and the optimum combination concentration was 7 g/L peptone 7 g/L yeast extract,under which the dry weight and extracellular polysaccharide of A.blazei thalli both reached maximum,being 8.7 g/L and 281 mg/L respectively.Conclusion]The research provided references for further culture in large scale of A.blazei.
