| 摘 要： | 通过诱导芽分化和诱导愈伤两种途径 ,研究不同植物生长调节剂及浓度、对外植体萌发和生根的影响。MS附加不同种类、不同浓度的细胞分裂素和生长素 ,进行正交设计。结果表明 ,细胞分裂素 6 - BA分别与 3种生长素NAA,IAA,IBA配合使用均能诱导月季出芽。

| Abstract: | Study influence on the plant growth regulators,concentration and sprouting on the explant and rooting by inducing differentiation of bud and callosity.This experiment is that MS is the capital culture medium adding different kinds and different concentration of CTK and IAA carrying through the experience.The results show that CTK(6-BA) and three IAA(NAA,IAA,IBA)both use what induce the bud of the rose. |
