长顺绿壳蛋鸡雌激素受体1基因SNP与蛋品质性状的相关性研究

摘    要:为加快贵州长顺绿壳蛋鸡选育与开发利用,采用PCR-SSCP和DNA测序技术对124只长顺绿壳蛋鸡的雌激素受体1(estrogen receptor,ESR1)基因进行多态性分析,并与其蛋品质性状进行关联性研究。结果表明,长顺绿壳蛋鸡ESR1基因中出现AA、AC和CC 3种基因型,其由于A(-999)C 1个SNPs所导致,经χ2适合性检验,基因型分布偏离了Hardy-Weinberg平衡(P<0.05)。基因型与蛋品质性状关联性分析结果显示,3种基因型个体间的蛋重、蛋形指数、蛋黄比率、蛋白比率、蛋壳重差异不显著(P>0.05),而AA与AC基因型个体的蛋壳厚度差异显著(P<0.05),在不影响其它性状的情况下,选择AA基因型个体可得到良好的蛋壳厚度,从而增强蛋品质。

Abstract:In order to quicken breeding and exploitation of Guizhou Changshun Blue-shell chickens,PCR-SSCP and DNA sequence technology were used to analyze polymorphisms and association of estrogen receptor 1(ESR1) gene polymorphisms with egg quality from 124 Changshun Blue-shell chickens.The results showed that there were three kinds of genotypes(AA,AC and CC) in ESR1 gene resulted from A(-999)C,the distribution of genotypes deviated from Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium(P<0.05) by Chi square test,the difference among egg weight,egg shape index,egg yolk and albumen ratio,eggshell weight was not significant(P>0.05),whereas the difference of eggshell thickness between AA and AC genetypes was significant individuals of AA genotype could get better eggshell thickness,which might strengthen egg quality.
