摘    要:用6个粒型大小不同的籼稻品种配制杂交组合,分别用双亲回交4~5次(B_4F_1和B_5F_1)。以各世代的观察值作统计分析表明,随着回交次数的增加,用大粒品种作轮回亲本的后代其百粒重会逐渐加大,但谷枉长、粒宽和粒厚并不按比例同时增大。回交的效应在小粒×大粒类型的组合中可以从B_1F_1持续到B_3F_1;中粒×大粒类型的组合回交至B_3F_1才有明显效应。回交各世代均存在超亲现象。用大粒品种回交,B_3F_1百粒重可以基本回复到轮回亲本的水平。

Abstract:This investigation was carried out to determine the influence of current backeross on grain weight. The data were obtained from 6 combinations which were made between different grain types of Indica rice varieties and backcrossed four or five times by using parents respectively. The results showed that if the big-grain variety was used as a current parent, the grain weight was increased gradually with the increase in times of backcross. But, the grain length, width and thickness did not increase synchronously to accord the proportion. The efficiency of backcross in combination of small/big grain continued from B_1F_1 to B_3F_1; while the backcross efficiency in combination of medium grain/big grain type was not obvious until B_3F_1. The transgressive segregation appeared in all backcross generation. Using the big grain variety for backcross, the grain weight of B_3F_1 can be recovered to the same level as this recurrent parent.
