| 摘 要： | 通过系统育种、杂交育种和外源DNA导入技术,采用水、旱作交叉选育法选育出一批优异耐旱水稻种质材料。并对栽培稻抗旱性鉴定方法与评价进行了研究分析,筛选出05082,05072,04旱25和04旱26等4个材料为抗旱高产品种。同时,利用室内水分胁迫鉴定和田间自然多重胁迫条件下的苗期及抽穗开花期与对照对比进行鉴定,并结合水旱田种植对比分析进行综合抗旱力鉴定,三者相结合的鉴定方法简便、直观、易掌握,便于育种者对品系进行初步筛选。
