| 摘 要： | 利用植物组织培养方法,探讨甘蓝型油菜种子的最佳消毒方式以及叶片和茎段在附加不同质量浓度KT,6-BA,NAA,2,4-D的MS培养基中愈伤组织诱导的影响。结果表明,对于不同品种甘蓝型油菜种子采用2种消毒方式进行培养,污染率都较低。B1,B10,A5品种的第Ⅱ种消毒方式(75%酒精2 min+0.1%HgCl220 min)较好;B4品种的2种消毒方式(75%酒精2 min+0.1%HgCl2 20 min和75%酒精3 min+0.1%HgCl230 min)差别不大。B1,B4,B10,A5品种的甘蓝型油菜叶片和茎段愈伤组织诱导的结果表明,不同激素组合对叶片和茎段愈伤组织诱导及生长都有很大的影响,其中,MS+6-BA 2 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L培养基有利于愈伤组织诱导及生长。
