基于CH376S的激光切割机床加工程序传输模块设计

摘    要:针对目前激光切割机床的加工程序的传输方式的缺点,设计了一种新型的激光切割机加工程序传输模块。它能够实现激光切割机床控制器C805117020单片机通过CH376S芯片读取U盘中加工程序信息.根据读取的加工参数自动执行数控指令,实现板材切割。系统以CH376S为数据传输芯片。搭建了C8051F020单片机读写U盘中加工程序信息的硬件平台,并完成程序设计,经过调试运行,实现加工程序数据高效快速传输。

Abstract:For the faults of machining program transmission for laser cutting machine at present, a new machining program transmission module for laser cutting machine is designed. It can achieve that C8051F020, the laser cutting machine controller, extracts machining program information in U disk by CH376S chip, and can automatically cut plank stuff according to processing parameters from U disk. The system, whose core is CH376S, builds the hardware of C8051F020 to read machining program from U disk, writes software for transmission module, can transfer machining program data fast and efficiently after debugging and running.
