西瓜花叶病毒对四倍体西瓜叶片细胞超微结构的影响

摘    要:为研究西瓜花叶病毒(WMV)对四倍体西瓜功能叶片细胞超微结构的影响,用透射电镜观察四倍体西瓜受WMV侵染后功能叶片细胞超微结构的变化。结果表明,WMV侵染四倍体西瓜后,四倍体西瓜叶片细胞叶绿体肿胀、片层模糊不清、叶绿体外膜产生异形增生物等;细胞内嗜锇颗粒增加,有大量的风轮状内含体出现,产生大量的束丝包裹病毒粒子;有高尔基体出现,线粒体数目增加,细胞核核膜部分边缘被破坏,核仁融解等。与正常四倍体西瓜叶片细胞相比,WMV对四倍体西瓜叶片细胞超微结构破坏严重,影响四倍体西瓜正常生长。

Effect of WMV on the Ultrastructure of Tetraploid Watermelon Leaves

Abstract:Effect of WMV infection on leaf cell ultrastructure of tetraploid watermelon was examined by transmission election microscopy.When plant of watermelon were infected by WMV,the altrastructure alteration of leaf cell was obvious,chloroplast showed severe swellness,looseness of grana,heterogeneous puffiness on the chloroplast membrane,more osmiophilic globules,more pinwheel inclusion,more cytoplasmic strand,Golgi apparatus appeared,more mitochondria,disintegration of nucleous membrane and disintegration of nucleus.The growth of tetraploid watermelon was also affected by WMV compared with control.
