籼稻长穗颈不育系Ⅱ—32eA(1)的选育

摘    要:用250Gy和350Gy^60Coγ射线照射杂交稻保持系Ⅱ-32B干种子,在M2群体获得2种类型的高秆隐性突变体,分别记为Ⅱ-32eB(1)和Ⅱ-32eB(2)。Ⅱ-32eB(1)与Ⅱ-32A杂交、回交,继而转育成长穗颈不育系Ⅱ-32eA(1)。Ⅱ-32eA(1)具有遗传上完全解除包穗,颖花长度增加,柱头外露率提高,对“九二○”更敏感,所组配的杂交稻组合有更高的产量潜力等特点。Ⅱ-32eA(1)于1999年9月通过了技术鉴定。

Abstract:The dried seeds of Ⅱ-32 B (maintainer line) were treated with γ rays of 60Co at 25 and 35 Gy, respectively and two types of recessive tall mutants with elongated uppermost internode (eui) genes were obtained from the M2 population. They are named as Ⅱ-32eB(1) and Ⅱ-32eB(2), respectively. By crossing Ⅱ-32eB(1) with Ⅱ-32 A and then successively backcrossing with Ⅱ-32eB(1), Ⅱ-32eA(1) with eui (1) gene was developed successfully. Compared with Ⅱ-32A, Ⅱ-32eA(1) has elongated upper internodes resulting in no panicle enclosure, elongated spikelets, higher stigma exsertion rate and is more sensitive to GA3. Ⅱ-32eA(1) has been technically examined in September of 1999.
