水稻与菰杂交后代稳定品系的酯酶同工酶分析

摘    要:通过对水稻松前与菰的杂交后代 19个稳定品系的株高和穗部性状的分析表明 :这些品系之间以及它们与母本之间在性状上都存在差异 ,但性状表现仍是水稻的。通过对这些品系及其亲本的酯酶同工酶分析表明 ,稳定品系的酯酶同工酶酶谱 ,以母本酶带为基础 ,主要表现为 5种类型 :互补型、新增酶带型、互补兼新增酶带型、母本型和母本酶带缺失型。因此表明 ,在高世代稳定品系中可能仍有菰的基因存在并表达。

Abstract:The studies for plant height ,panicle characters ,esterase isozymic electrophoregrams of 19 rice lines isolated from offspring of rice cultivar Mastumue and water rice were conducted .The results showed that the characters wres different among the lines and their female parent .However,phenotypical characters of these lines were the same as those of rice .Most isozymic electrophoregrams of these lines were the same as those of female parent Matsumae ,and showed 5 isozyme band patterns:complementary band ,new band ,complementary and new band ,female parental band and female parent band lackage patterns .Furthermore,the results also indicated that high generation progenies ,acquired some genes of male parent water rice ,and in which the genes were expressed.
