| Abstract: | Personnel training in rural grass-roots relates to rural economic and social development,relates to the effectiveness of socialist rural area construction.This paper discusses the role of implemen-tation and development of "one college student in one village project" in strengthening the rural grass-roots cadres management level and the ruling abilities,in improving farmers scientific and culture qualities,in promoting rural economic development and so on. |
