| 摘 要： | 我国近年高校研究生招生规模逐步扩大,研究生发表论文数目亦逐年增加,必然涉及到科技保密问题.保密意识教育的提出主要基于当前对科技保密工作认识不足,宣传教育不力;科技泄密渠道多,科技保密工作制度不健全;研究生对于科技保密的意识亟待加强等方面.提出开展保密意识教育的主要途径:积极开展科技保密宣传教育,增强科技保密意识;发挥导师的示范作用,为宣传保密意识作贡献;加强对高校期刊保密工作的领导与管理;发挥保密期刊对研究生的教育作用等.

| Abstract: | Papers published by graduate students increased with years along with the escalate recruit-student scale of graduate students in colleges and universities of our country in recent years.And protecting scientific and technological secrets is necessary.The advice of performing education of consciousness of protecting scientific and technological secrets is based on the deficient knowledge,inadequate propaganda,many compromise approaches,diseased secrecy system and inadequate secrecy consciousness of graduate students.It main approach are developing propaganda education,increasing secrecy consciousness,exerting the director's demonstration function,strengthening the leading and management of periodical secrecy of college and university. |
