| 摘 要： | 蘘荷地下茎、嫩芽、花轴具有芳香气味,可以提取天然红色素和挥发油,是一种天然的抗癌保健食品。合理开发利用蘘荷资源对深化农产品结构、增加农民收入、提高植物资源利用效率等方面具有重要意义。本文就蘘荷高产栽培、红色素、多糖、挥发油提取利用情况及其开发前景展开综述。

| Abstract: | Zingiber mioga is a kind of natural anti-cancer healthy food,its subterranean stem,tender shoot and rachis have fragrant scent,from which natural haematochrome and volatile oil can be extracted.Reasonable exploitation and utilization of Zingiber mioga has important significance in deepening the agricultural product structure,increasing farmers’ income and improving use efficiency of plant resources,etc.The high-yield cultivation of Zingiber mioga,the utilization and development prospect of haematochrome,volatile oil and polysaccharide is summarized in this study. |
