| 摘 要： | 为比较凯氏定氮法与杜马斯燃烧法测定饲料中粗蛋白质含量的准确性与检测效率,采用此两种方法同时对12个样品进行测定。结果表明:两种方法均能准确检测出样品中粗蛋白质含量,测定结果差异不显著(P>0.05)。凯氏定氮法检测效率较低,而杜马斯燃烧定氮法操作简易,检测效率较高,是值得推广的检测方法。
