粉女郎红掌组培快繁技术研究

摘    要:以粉女郎红掌的茎、叶、叶柄作为研究对象,进行组培快繁技术研究,结果表明:茎、叶、叶柄的最佳消毒条件分别为0.1%升汞消毒15-20m in、5-7m in、10-12m in,最佳的外植体为叶片;适宜的诱导培养基为:愈伤诱导,MS+6-BA1.0mg/L+2,4-D0.1mg/L+葡萄糖30 g/L+卡拉胶6 g/L;增殖诱导,MS+6-BA3.0mg/L+NAA0.01mg/L;壮苗生根,MS+活性碳。其中2,4-D对愈伤诱导比较敏感,前期为良好的促进作用,后期表现为杀灭作用。壮苗生根过程添加土豆汁、香蕉汁容易滋生细菌。

Abstract:The research reports on tissue culture in Anthurium 'Pink Lass'.,The suitable sterilized time is 15~20min to stems,5 ~7min to leaves,10~12min to petioles,and the leaf is the fitting explant.Mediums are made of MS +6-BA1.0 mg/L+2,4-D0.1mg/L+sugar30g/L+agar 6g/L for callus induction,the rate of callus induction is up to 100;MS +6-BA3.0 mg/L+NAA0.01mg/L for multiplication,the propagation coefficient is up to 6.25;MS +AC for rooting,and the conforming rate is up to 90%.The callus is sensitive to 2,4-D that prom...
