| Abstract: | Based on the accurate state and dynamical analysis, the hypothesis and model of economic benefits circumference were put forward. In this theory frame, the economic efficiency from the two typical modes of agricultural industrialization in China at present was compared and the results was that the mode of "Company Peasants" lacked economic efficiency for a long time, but the mode of "Company Cooperative association Peasants " accorded with the principle of economic efficiency. The latter should be the developing direction of agricultural industrialization in future. |
