| 摘 要： | 目的]测定方便面包装物中5种邻苯二甲酸酯的含量。方法]采用溶剂溶解方便面包装物，滴加甲醇使杂质沉淀，以正己烷-异丙醇为流动相，采用反相高效液相色谱-uV检测技术时常用于增塑剂的5种邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物（PAEs）邻苯二甲酸二甲酯（DMP）、邻苯二甲酸二乙酯（DEP）、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯（DBP）、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯（DOP）、邻苯二甲酸二（2-乙基己基）酯（DEHP）]进行了定量分析。结果]该方法的最低检测限为O．01mg／L，相对标准偏差为1．51％～2．47％，回收率为85．6％-105．3％。结论]方便面包装物中的邻苯二甲酸酯在一定条件下有溶出现象。
