| 摘 要： | 小城镇的空间发展应以经济要素与社会、文化、自然等要素的相互作用为机制,其构成包括了自然环境要素、人工环境要素和社会环境要素。其空间发展应以保护生态环境为基础,从整体考虑寻求空间发展方向,确定空间布局方式,构建可持续发展要求下的小城镇空间发展布局规划。笔者以延安市长官庙乡集镇为例,强调在小城镇规划中应在挖掘地方丰富的历史文化内涵的基础上,立足区域整体布局,着力使城镇空间形态与环境相衬,注重人文历史环境保护,塑造人与自然和谐的城镇可持续发展环境。
