| 摘 要： | 农民的法律意识是农村法治化进程中的重要精神因素,它与农村社会的持续和稳定发展息息相关,对于提高全国公民的法律意识,实现依法治国,建设社会主义法治国家有着重要的战略意义。对我国农民法律意识现状及产生原因进行了分析,并从加快立法进程、开展普法宣教活动、净化农村执法环境、重视农村教育事业、加快农村市场经济建设步伐5个方面提出了提高农民法律意识的对策。

| Abstract: | The farmers' law consciousness is an important spiritual factor in the process of the rural monocracy. It is closely linked to the sustainable and stable development of the rural society. It has an important strategic significance to heighten the law consciousness of the whole nation, to realize governing the country by law and to build up a socialist law-ruling country. This paper gives an analysis on the present situation and the causes of the low law consciousness of the Chinese farmers, and puts forward such five countermeasures to heighten the farmers' law consciousness as to speed up the legislation and perfect the law system, to develop some drumbeating and instructing activities for popularizing the laws, to construct a clean environment of executing the laws for the rural areas, to attach importance to the rural education causes and to accelerate the steps of the construction of the market economy in the rural areas. |
