不同种源元宝枫叶绿素荧光特性的比较

摘    要:通过对5个种源的元宝枫幼苗进行叶绿素荧光参数的测定,结果表明:辽宁四合城种源元宝枫的原初光能转化效率、PSⅡ的潜在活性、光化学荧光淬灭系数和光合量子产额较高,非光化学荧光淬灭系数较低,表现出良好的光合生理功能,更适合在辽西北半干旱地区引种栽植。

Abstract:The chlorophy fluorescence parameters of Acer truncatum among five provenances were determined.Result shows that:The efficiency of light eonversinn,the potential activity of PSII,the coefficient of photochemical fluorescence quenching(qp)&photosynthetic quantum yield of Sihecheng provenances are higher than those of other provenance,while the coefficients of non-photochenfical fluorescence quenching(qN)of these five provenances are lower,it was demonstrated optimal physiological function,and more suitable for introduction to plant the northwest of the liaoning semi-arid region.
