摘    要:以鄂西亚高山区日本落叶松二代优树嫁接无性系为对象,通过物候观察和生长量测定,分析无性系间的物候变异及其与生长量的关系,为育种材料的进一步选择提供依据。结果表明:该区域日本落叶松主梢生长期平均为217.6 d,侧枝生长期平均为216 d,各系号间物候期存在明显分化,生长量的变异程度更大,变异系数分别为32.55%和33.21%;生长期与生长量相关分析发现,二者之间存在显著的正相关,相关系数为0.150~0.730,物候期对生长量有较好的预测能力。

Abstract:By observing the phenology and measuring the growth,the relationship between the phenology variation and the growth of the second generation Larix kaempferi grafting clones in the sub-high mountain area of western Hubei province was analyzed,which provided a basis for the further selection of breeding materials.The results showed that the main shoot growth period of Larix kaempferi in this region was 217.6 d on average,and the lateral shoot growth period was 216 d on average.There was obvious differentiation in phenological period among different lines,and the variation of growth was greater,variable coefficients were 32.55%and 33.21%respectiuly.The correlation analysis of growth period and growth amount showed that there was a significant positive correlation between them,the correlation coefficiens ranged from 0.150 to 0.730,and the phenological period had a good prediction ability for growth.
