不同沙棘品种光合特性的比较研究

摘    要:以阜新地区5种沙棘幼苗为试验对象,研究它们的光合特性变化特征,为确定该地区沙棘耐旱指标提供依据。结果表明:光合速率变化方面,向阳、辽阜1号、楚伊在15:00左右达到最大值,分别为7.968、7.958和7.921μmol·m^-2·s^-1,中国第一代杂交种、实优在14:00左右达到最大值,分别为8.232和8.56μmol·m^-2·s^-1。蒸腾速率从小到大依次为楚伊﹤辽阜1号﹤中国第一代杂交种﹤向阳﹤实优。

Abstract:Taking five species of Hippophae rhamnoides seedlings in Fuxin area as the research objects,the change characteristics of light&characteristics were studied to provide a basis for determining the drought tolerance index of Hippophae rhamnoides in this area.Result shows that:in terms of photosynthetic rate changes,Hippophae rhamnoides‘Xiangyang’,Hippophae rhamnoides‘Liaofu No.1’,and Hippophae rhamnoides‘Chuyi’reach their maximum values at about 15:00,being 7.968μmol·m-2,7.958μmol·m-2&7.921μmol·m-2,respectively.Hippophae rhamnoides‘Z hongguodiyidaizajiaozhong’&Hippophae rhamnoides‘Shiyou’reach maximum value at around 14:00,being 8.232μmol·m-2&8.56μmol·m-2,respectively.The transpiration rate from small to large is Hippophae rhamnoides‘Chuyi’
