叶用银杏选择研究

摘    要:采用31个银杏雌性品种和4个雄株类型的单株无性系,随机区组排列,对叶产量性状及其与叶产量的相关性,叶黄酮、内酯含量进行了研究.方差分析结果显示,各品种间的平均叶厚、叶面积、单叶鲜重和叶黄酮、内酯含量均存在显著差异.较好品种的叶面积、叶重、叶黄酮、内酯含量分别是较弱品种的2.04、2.71、2.05和2.17倍;雌雄株间叶产量性状、黄酮含量、内酯含量无差异,证明银杏品种或类型间叶产量性状、黄酮、内酯含量均存在遗传变异,这种变异与雌雄株无关.初步提出了叶用银杏品种选择的项目和标准,并筛选出了安陆1号等优良叶用品种.

Abstract:The content of flavanone and lactone in leaf and the leaf output were studied by randomizing block arrangement of 31 gingko female varieties(strain) and 4 staminiferous plant type single clone.The variance analysis result showed that there were remarkable difference in leaf thick,leaf area,single leaf fresh weight,flavone content and lactone content among the varieties.The leaf area,single leaf fresh weight,flavone content and lactone content in good variety were 2.04,2.71,2.05 and 2.17 times of those in co...
