摘    要:对不同溶剂提以金银花中绿原酸类物质的效果进行了比较。结果表明,60%的乙醇是一种较好的提取溶剂。醇沉法在一定范围内可提高提取物中的绿原酸含量。

Abstract:A comparison was made on the extraction of chlorogenic acids (CGAs) from honeysuckle flower with different concentrations of ethanol and on the purification with ethanol precipitation method. The results showed that ethanol with a concentration of 60% was a suitable solvent to extract CGAs, and ethanol precipitation could be used in the purification of the extract.
