| 摘 要： | 食品分析是职业院校食品类专业的重要专业课。为了更好地培养学生的动手能力和操作技能,漯河食品职业学院食品工程系在实验内容、教学方法、考核办法等方面,对食品分析实验课程的教学进行了一些有益的改革与探索,激发了学生的学习兴趣和积极性,有效提高了教学效果。
