辣椒抗病毒病种质资源创新研究初报

摘    要:在确认了重庆市辣椒病毒病侵染的主要毒原为TMV和CMV,株系分别为TMV-PM、CMV-POM、CMV-PmM的基础上,对我所保存的280份辣椒种质资源进行田问及室内病毒病抗性鉴定,获得3份抗TMV或抗CMV的材料:65尖、159、270。通过前期配合力测定,对3份抗源分别采用优势育种原理直接利用的方法和采用回交转育创新育种材料的方法,获得了抗TMV和CMV、性状稳定、优良的育种新材料5份;利用抗源65尖直接配组,初选出强优势组合B2005和B2015,利用5份抗源转育新材料作杂优亲本配组,初选出强优势组合6个。

Abstract:Three pepper materials with resistance to TMV or CMV were obtained from 280 germplasm resources conserved in our institute by artificial inoculation with the main viruses (TMV and CMV)and field natural occurrence at seedling stage.On the basis of combining ability analysis,the resistant variety 65 Jian was utilized directly in hybrid breeding and 2 new superior hybrids were selected.On the other hand,the three resistant resources were back- crossed to some other varieties with good characters and 5 new breeding materials with good resistance and characters were bred.Using the 5 materials,6 superior hybrids were bred.
