摘    要:采用盆栽法,研究了2个来源不同的钝叶草在干旱胁迫条件下的生长和生理响应差异。结果表明:①持续干旱30d后,两个材料均出现表征死亡现象,但复水3d后仍有部分钝叶草返青;②不同干旱处理显著抑制了钝叶草的生长,但宫崎钝叶草能保持较强的匍匐茎生长势;③持续干旱胁迫下,钝叶草的叶片含水量和叶绿素含量显著下降,但宫崎钝叶草能维持较高且稳定的叶片含水量和叶绿素含量;④轻度干旱和中度干旱处理能提高钝叶草的叶片SOD活性;⑤宫崎钝叶草具有较强的旱后恢复能力,抗旱性强于句容钝叶草。
